Liquitex Basic Acrylic : Fluid medium - 8 : 10
+ Water
(The fluid medium I used is Elmer’s Glue-All.)

Thanks for the German... I could only speak German until I was 4 years old and then moved country, switched to another language completely... never spoke it again... but I understood every word you said or wrote rather... and I am now 64 yrs old.. !! Luckily I think people today are taking art and skill more seriously and willing to spend the money on the time and skill it takes to put into a piece. I restore old wooden furniture. I try my best and work hours to get it back to its original glory. These are solid wood pieces , many with workmanship you would never find today, or beautiful woods like burl, mahogany, ect. I still ask less than most new crap furniture. Every now and then you will get "one of those" people, but I am finding it much fewer and far between than usual. Beautiful work!

I painted your Swan today. It's not as good as yours but it came out pretty good and I am very pleased. It is only my second chain pull but it is totally recognizable and it is lovely. Thank you so much for inspiring me to do this. I hope someday to be as good as you and be able to create my own pieces as you do. Your work is truly inspiring me. Thank you for giving me something new to learn. I have found that I have a passion for painting. My neurologist told me that I needed to create a new neural networks by learning new things because I have had so many concussions. Not only is painting fun and wonderful but it's going to help my brain heal and open it up like it should be. Thank you so much for helping me with that. There are no words to express my appreciation so for what you have done for me or to express how beautiful I think your work is 🙂

It seems like it would have been better or it to have been done on a rectangular canvas or done the body a bit smaller so the proportions are better. The neck also does seem too thick, although it's probably quite difficult to control the width using chain

Yes, i can imagine this has got to be extremely difficult. You don't really get a do-over. It's still amazing but it's the only painting I've seen from this artist that wasn't 5 stars. This one is 4 1/2

I love it! The details are amazing, lines are smooth and fluid, and the swan is so graceful. This is one of my favourites of your art works. I am tempted to try. Mustering enough courage. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.
