You can always google the hotel name and details! You'll get number there easily. Be polite to everyone, there's language barrier so lil difficult for drivers or locals to understand.

I am feeling sad about your first trip experience to India, this taxi driver should be banned and his licence should also be cancelled and Oyo hot l is also the biggest scammer in the Indian hotel industry. Sorry BMG.
