cool video, but I think it would have gone better if you matched the channel to the size of the wire better. Seems like a lot of excess there.

Канавку проще на токарном станке сделать. Будет реальная прямоугольная канавка, можно даже трапецией её сделать. Тогда и золото в ней намертво будет держаться. Лишнее срезать резцом, можно без напильников обойтись.

I appreciate your videos! May I ask, do you not need to create an undercut in your channel for the gold wire to really “lock it in”? It appeared that all you used was a ball bur to make the channel. Thanks for posting! I love watching and learning others’ techniques.

Yes, it did lock in place. My bad that I forgot to film that part (I thought I pressed the button to record it, but only to find out I didn't after it's done).

what if doing inlay with a wide area? I wish there was a Vidio inlay with copper wire with a wide inlay area, I failed on a wide area with copper wire
