Gin, this is EXACTLY what we needed to see.... rentals-vs-purchases! This one is fabulous, western-designed and professionally decorated. As you were touring this, I could easily see myself living in it long term. I don't know who is doing your videography/editing, but it is now the best I've seen on ANY channel! Keep up the good work, and keep bringing us stuff like this!

You cannot find a more charming, well-spoken, English speaking presenter. I first watched because of her but then I realized, "WHY NOT THAILAND?" MY bias in Blackpink is Lisa whom EVERYONE knows globally is from Thailand. My family will come to Thailand on our next vacation ( Hua Hin?) OF COURSE!! It looks beautiful and if the people are 1/2 as charming as the presenter then OF COURSE!!

Excellent. Ideally I would like something like this to own with the following updates. Changes I would make: install an oven, in 2nd bedroom install a foldaway bed add an additional bedroom.

You can dry your clothes by hanging it out of the window or in the backyard. This is the way Thai people do.

700 dollars or euros a month rent, that's normal rent in germany for a condominium. the difference is the landlord, he has to pay for all repairs himself.

that is a very nice APARTMENT/CONDO. how is it a villa? Another one above it, so you can enjoy listening to your neighbour above you walking around and making noise, exactly as you do in any condo. A Villa is very different to this.......but yes, its a nice appt.

Nice house. The only thing is that they should completely enclose the shower, otherwise, you will have a wet mess every time after a shower.

Yes I saw 3 of the mini split units. The same number as I have here in my condo in Pattaya. Very comfortable.
