The only one that I wasn't too sure of at first was The Stoop Kid since he's in a single episode and it took me a moment to remember him. Yajirobe was actually a lot more memorable than the even creator overlooked Launch in DBZ.

I like how you mentioned the red guy from cow and chicken since he's not remembered or talked about much but he played so many different roles in the show examples: Cow and chickens family doctor and The molting fairy. But there were so many more

Oh you don't even know. When I was little, I used to take 30 minutes for Cow and Chicken, yet I Am Weasel was my favorite! A few years ago I totally forgot about I Are Baboon, yet I'm still remembering it.

Most of the list is good. The two huge exceptions are The Great Gazoo and Scrappy Doo. They were added late in the series's runs to try to add interest. They were both annoying and unnecessary. They are the Cousin Olivers of the cartoon world.

I have never forgotten Freakazoid, Secret Squirrel, Fred from Courage The Cowardly Dog, Eduardo, I just hate Scrappy Doo, he is so annoying, I have never forgotten Marvin The Martian, Carl from Johnny Bravo, Him, Mandark, I.M Weasel, and the Red Guy.
