Your videos are my favorite ASL ones ive come across because you explain what is happening with the hands instead of only what to do with them. Sleigh would make much less sense and be harder to remember but the explanation of the blades means itll be harder to forget and easier to explain to others. Thanks for the information

Thanks for these videos. I’ve been “Santa “ for a few years. (I’m 64) and I’m hoping to learn ASL to maybe get a few more kids to smile. I’m just learning and hopefully next season I’ll have it down. Thanks for making it easy to understand! Merry Christmas! 🎅

Thank you for making these videos. I am a 12 year veteran and I've lost most of my hearing. I've been learning ASL by watching your videos. Recently, my hearing has taken a turn for the worst. I lost even more and everyone sounds like they're speaking through a pillow. I am also a community theater actor, I was cast as Ebenezer Scrooge and I had to perform almost completely deaf last week. I got through it but it made me realize how fragile healthy hearing is.

Great video! My daughter had just asked me last week if there was a video of Christmas signs. Thanks for delivering. 😉 We’ve watched three times already! A tip for anyone needing to slow it down during the sentence portion of any videos; Slow it down to .5 speed. This has helped my kids (and me, let’s be honest 😂) to work on the sentences without being overwhelmed.

I learned to sign “Christmas” with a C hand but to draw the shape of a candy cane. (I took a SL class 30 years ago).

Are you able to slow the sentence portion of your videos down a bit and explain further. You go very fast for us newbies over here. Thank you. We love your videos, but if you could slow it down every time like you did when your kids were helping, that would be even more beneficial to us.

Confused about the "Christmas" sign. Do you keep the "C" handshape all the up or do you point at the end when you bring your hand up? Sometimes it looks like you were pointing it and other times just the "C" handshape.

I believe that you have the ‘C’ sign all the way up but wile it’s going up you twist your hand

Meditative action, ex., create your version of tai chi-no right or wrong way, only learning, errors are part of the lifelong process to all arts( look at wushu competition) helps organize thought processes, reduce chaos, develop resilience on all levels, more control despite physical surroundings. learn for your personal development, enrichment, elevate your being. No one knows their capabilities, when they are so stressed, the hater is sick, once you accept they are puppets to their weakness, living in an atmosphere that has normalized their rages and illness- if alcoholism a factor, it is not surprising. Take positive action, prepare yourself for the life you deserve, I hope you seek ways to gain inner strength and create and find beauty in life. You can do this.
