I wanted to do a brief showcase of these wonderful models to augment the limited number of photos available on the Claymore website. Hopefully its useful to some of you.

Very very nice figures.Some of the nicest figures i have seen in ages.Much better for the longer bow but you should still string them👍🤗🐻

Nice one Duncan, these look great. If I do find myself drawn into the medieval world, Claymore will be the first manufacturer I look to for sure. 👍

Come of the Claymore figures are obviously a bit older than others and somewhat disappointing compared to the newer ones which are awesome and some of the best models on the market. Nice painting Duncan

Cheers, Dom. It is telling that the older models still have some nice character though, despite their poses not being the most dynamic. Should've known greater things were coming - the newer sculpts are fantastic. :)

What wash did you end up using on these?

I believe it was Army Painter's "Strong Tone". I'm about to paint some more Claymore Castings models, so shall hunt out my painting notes and let you know if I'm wrong.

@@DuncanFx Thank you! I'm about to paint some Claymore archers myself and I'm thinking of going with a red and blue mix of colors for them. Not sure if that's gonna look good though
