In Italy with ground beef we also make a lot of stuffed vegetables (in summer especially zucchini, aubergines and peppers), in addition to the usual Ragù for Lasagna, meatballs and meatloaf. ❤🇮🇹

My grocery store had a great sale on 93/7 ground beef, 3 lbs for $8.91, so we had a lot of beef meals this week 😊. I ran out of Worcestershire sauce & remembered seeing someone use soy sauce so I gave it a try & it was a fantastic burger
