When you pull out the crown in the first position, it is not really a « ghost » position. It allows you to manually align the chronograph hands in case they are not lining up correctly.

Purchased my Speedy Pro back in 2018. It's a caliber 1861 with Hesalite crystal. When Moonswatch initially came out I thought it might be fun to own one, but the hype made it impossible. Today, I can pick one up at my local Swatch store, but I'm no longer interested in getting one. Still, I enjoyed watching your video.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a sapphire sandwich from my office on my 10 years anniversary. It’s a truly beautiful watch and makes it hard to consider other chronographs. I’m so over the moonswatch debacle that I would never waste my money on one.

I really enjoyed your comparison and review of the Swatch MoonSwatch vs. Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. It stands apart from many others in how you talk respectively about each watch, rather than pander to popular dramatic hyperbolic pronouncements. I believe that any video production should seek to be an edification for its audience. And this is what I think you have done.

Can you please do the unboxing and reviewing on the ‘Mission to Mercury’ Moonswatch , because it looks very matured and impressive as same as the mission to moon version of the watch

Moin Niko! I’ve got me the Mission to Sun last summer. IMHO you can have some real fun with the Moonswatches. I like the fact that you have a variety of colours to choose from. The original strap isn’t a thing to write home about. Therefore I bought a rubber and a silicone strap in white instead. I’m thinking about getting the Mission to Jupiter as well and put it on an orange rubber. Should be a nice combination for the summer as well. And the pale blue Mission to Uranus would be my third option for a fun watch for the summer or winter holidays. LG Claus

10:56 - The first position of the crown has a purpose to set the chronograph and subdial initial positions using the top and bottom pushers. I'm not sure if the "ghost position" you mention has the same function as this, but there is a purpose to it anyways

Great work weaving in the dramatic movie cuts. Good idea making a longer format video. You could also mention the superb movement of the Moonwatch. You can actually look up your piece online and find out its particular accuracy testing results. Be careful with the music: you could get a copyright strike!

Thank you for the video. I have 2 moonswatch (moon and mercury) bought at retail price and they are fine for me. I would love to have the Omega Professional Moonwatch, but just cannot afford $8,500. Hopefully in the future I can afford one.

It's a great watch, I had many watches through my life and the sapphire sandwich is my favourite so beautiful, classy, sporty and sexy, everytime I wear it feels like the first time, just love looking at it. When a watch give that feeling then it's a unique piece.

I respectfully disagree with the use of the term "knockoff" to refer to the Moonswatch. It may be a lot of things, like a piece of garbage, but it is a genuinely branded piece of garbage, nevertheless!
