Why are the women's mikes turned down it's like their sound is not even on mike? Odd right? Other tournaments have commentators, usually the sound is mixed equally not background sounds on the main table?

i understand the need to separate genders for fair play in sports.. i dont get why they need to segregate genders when it comes to poker. do males being physically stronger give them some sort of advantage in sitting in a chair and making hands?

Poker is a male dominated game. Most final tables are men, not because women aren't amazing players, theyre just outnumbered significantly. It makes sense to call out an all women's table.
