Love this house. Just about the only thing I would change is the location of the washer/dryer. It could go in the large storage closet in the kitchen, backed up to the outside door so that it vents directly outside. I would also extend the roof line out over the deck (because of where I live, you really need a roof over the entrance to the house) and have french doors instead of sliders. Same amount of light but much easier to secure. But, for less than 1000 square feet, this is a great house.

This house has potential, but it needs some adjustments. Sliders do not make good entry doors, and there needs to be a place for coats just inside. There is no chimney, so the fireplace must be artificial. I would dispense with it and put the TV there. The kitchen could use more counter and cabinet space, but I'm guessing that behind those louvered doors there is a pantry with both. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, but the two other bedrooms just have small closets.

Nowadays, master bathrooms benefit from two sinks; one for each person. The side deck needs to be wider. Not enough room for the two chairs, IMO.
