I can't believe that you don't have far more subscribers. You post great content and your channel is excellent. It honestly makes me feel disheartened to share my own food adventures via KZfaq. Also what camera do you use to film, the quality is impeccable?

Hi 😊 thank you for watching my videos. Please don’t feel disheartened to share your story. My number of subscribers may be small but I believe I have a great community here. Like minded people who love and are so passionate about food. That’s all that really matters 😊 and I use iPhone 15 Pro Max shot in 4K 30fps. Hope this helps!

Wow amazing. I don’t think I can come here if I’m really hungry, I’ll have to have a pizza before first.

It may look like small portions of food but it’s actually quite a lot. I was really stuffed! …Although a piece of good pizza before the meal wouldn’t hurt anybody 😆 thanks for watching!

Every dish might look small, but there are so many courses, if you put them all on a plate at once it makes a full meal. I've experienced degustation style meals - you don't leave hungry, it just draws the dinner out into an experience of many flavours.

This meal is definitely more of a special occasion for me too 😊 in Japan there are Omakase starting at around 8,000 yen too (less than $60). So for Omakase first timer, I recommend starting around that price then work your way up. Hope you’ll get to try delicious Omakase soon! Thanks for watching 😊

Thanks for your comment 😊 and yes! We were pretty full when we finished. I’d say the amount of food was just right for me. The size of the sushi was quite big as well. Next time you’re in Japan I hope you’ll get to try this place out. Thanks so much for watching! 😊

FYI, large rice is not considered good sushi in Japan. The ideal size should fit in the mouth in one bite.

This Omakase series has convinced me I really do need to drop $200-$500 bucks on eating a a great sushi place, but there are so many and they all seem superlatively good that I'd have no idea where to actually decide to go XD

It's quite common to pre-cut fish about 10-15 minutes before serving to raise the temp from refrigerator level.

It’s common practice for Sushi Chefs to start preparations and cutting the fish at the beginning of the course while the customer enjoy their appetisers. For temperature, and also to showcase the artistry and cutting skills of the Chefs 😊 thank you for watching!

Thank you for your comment 😊 i think any restaurant that has been Michelin starred or awarded will automatically become known worldwide. It’s not particularly a bad thing. I’ve seen many restaurants that’s popular among locals and tourists alike. I personally really enjoyed the food here myself 😊 thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching!

Food is amazing but the experience is so boring. I was a sushi chef for over 7 years and never not talked to anyone like this
@WalkwithFa
@WalkwithFa 2 ай бұрын
Hi. Thank you for your comment 😊 Actually we did talk to the Chef during and after we finished our course. Not everything was put in the video because our filming is focused more on the food. Nevertheless, I understand that every Chef’s style is different, some are more chatty and some are more quiet. I don’t think a quiet experience is a boring one, since there are other things like non-verbal cues that makes up a great Omakase experience. We really enjoyed our meal here, Chef Masashi was really humble and we can feel his determination and passion in creating the best dishes for us 😊 thank you for watching!
