I have the same body type like you... my ROM is the same and I'm also 178cm tall.. you inspired me to switch from low bar to a beltless high bar paused squat reps... I had to decrease my squat numbers about like 40kgs but i didn't give a damn... it looks and feels much better and my knees are in better shape since I started doing these. Just yesterday i tried 5x5 with 180kgs as shown in this video and I almost died... my goal is 5x5 with 200kg and I would like to hit at least 250kg for one rep grind max till the end of this year... cheers Clarence

Nothing teaches form like paused reps!! Started pause squatting and bracing like Clarence (rotating elbows down and tucking the chin before each rep) and my squats have started to look like this too. Hip hinges out of the hole. Sort of a hybrid between the 'conventional' low and high bar squat.

+Kevin32001 Work on ankle mobility, one of the biggest reasons your lower back curves and your spine comes out of alignment. The better dorsiflexion you have the more upright you will be able to keep your torso and you will avoid butt wink.

Clarence any suggestions on how to squat ATG more easily, when you have your femurs are longer than your tibias? I see you have a perfect squat build with short femur and long tibia, which makes you able to sit very comfortably ATG. When i try to do that even with heeled shoes i slowly start to lose balance :(

These are some beautiful squats. I chuckle when nikkas put 3-4 plates a side on the bar and that shitty quarter or barely trying to passibly close to hit parallel in some near good morning looking movement. Just get under the bar, take a couple steps back, squat down till your butt finds resistance against the back of your leg and explode back up.
