I'm sorry everything in this video is great especially but not self defense ONLY the getting RUN OVER by the MOB works as I've done it myself but posting these may actually hurt other who believe it. Especially 1:20 that's just asking to get butt-raped, a BUTT can't be use a weapon against the GROIN or get enough the to push out of the hands. Just find and tell fight concepts that people can personally think for themselves and tell them to go to a class with competitive fight.

Women, please understand that self-defense is not this simple. There are millions of different scenarios, and millions of different outcomes to each and every one of these scenarios. Watching a tutorial on youtube will, in the vast majority of cases, not do anything to save you. It would be much more prudent to instead take the time to study and learn a martial art, which can educate you in the many intricacies of fighting

Gals get on Code Red Defense as well as Sensei Ando! These guys get it, this isn't about becoming a Bruce Lee with fancy moves at all! This is a life style change, a way of thinking where women are a major problem, not victims! Become a tiger, an angry but controlled tiger that is a AWARE, ALERT first and foremost. And then, you need to learn to become FIRST, FAST AND objectively FURIOUS. Learn the body! What will incapacitate not just cause pain. You want to STOP an attacker before he knows what has happened! Better yet, you want to never allow yourself to be an easy VICTIM. Ugh! Get physical. It doesn't have to be martial arts, it could be just regular proper exercise at a gym with knowledgeable teachers! Not some dumb Zumba class unless you already know how to exercise! Fit is critical but being able to move your body as in dance is also critical.

This totally works because the attacker will always just stand there while you spend 5 minutes bending their wrist. And they let go of you and don't sustain the attack if you manage to free your arm from their grip. They totally lie down on the floor while you casually walk away after pushing the attacker over.

Don't. Not this. This video won't save you unfortunately, self-defence isn't this simple. If you are concerned with being assaulted or raped, I highly recommend training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you'll learn how to defend and attack from vulnerable positions. I'm very concerned with fake "self-defence" videos, spreading methods that are damn near useless. Please don't be offended by this, and please take this into consideration

Nikhat, these tips will not save anyone´s life. Go to a real self defense class to a mixed group and if you fight against men, you will understand immediately why these videos are so wrong.

many of the self defense situations shown could possibly be avoided by better awareness of your surroundings especially don't be staring at your cell phone if you are in any area where you could be in danger wait till you're home or somewhere safe. also don't let people get that close if someone is approaching in any of the ways shown here you need to be aware and get your hands up so that you can ward them off before the grabs happen and use a loud voice to tell them to back off or yell for help. but in general there is near infinite possible things that can happen your better off rather then learning a response to every possibility develop some basic striking skills (palm, elbow, knee, heel kick, finger jab, Etc.) then you can practice trying to get out of some specific grabs/situations but you need to practice with a partner start slow with only a little resistance and gradually add more resistance from attacker if you succeed but if you can't succeed slow no point in going harder. if you can't get free using leverage that's when adding strikes can help or getting actual training from a good instructor this makes everything easier

In the self defense portion, most if those moves wouldn't work. Some have a decent basis, but by themselves wouldn't solve the problem. Or allow for escape time. And a struggle is expected. If they want you bad enough, most of these wont even slow them down.
