其实看车不是不用给定金吗？通常可以申述tribunal for consumer claim. 我以前申请过，需要上网register然后submi你的case证据还有公司或者人的资料。他们会协助。之后那个公司有退回我的钱。

I reckon all used cars dealers shared the same demographic patterns.. Mileage reading is for reference only. In Malaysia, average cars do about 30 - 50k km annually. So, factor in a major repair on a 5-6 years old car when the actual mileage has hit 200k km.. never never trust the mileage. Get an experienced person to assist you to check the Chassis number & make sure the car is legitimate for Malaysia. Neighbouring countries cars are not allowed to be registered in Malaysia. Be extra careful when buying a used cars/ recond cars.. even new cars. Any accident could had happened during the shipping process. My family ever bought a new car from authorised car dealer & I do strongly suspect that car had an accident before.. the air sip in via the door frame when driven about 80-90km/hr. All the best for your car hunting 😀😀

Thank you for sharing. Just treat it as playing the dealer RM1000 for his time and patrol is more reasonable than RM200, considering he needs to drive his car all the way to you. However, the problem lies in the integrity of the dealer for not properly setting up the terms for this transaction. The dealer should establish a surcharge for bringing the car to your convenience.

可能唔係Dealer唔想俾番你，係佢間公司唔想俾番你，有單有據，Dealer唔會食咁少錢，份工作就可以冇得做，更唔可以響呢行立足，所以覺得係公司嘅事，你講你間車行怎樣跟之前車行settle？猜同行都可能有生意來往，例如你車行冇呢架車，而之前間車行有，咁佢哋可以私下交貨過嚟，咁你一千元咪扣數囉！所以你呢間車行可以立刻俾番你一千元，其實你已經攞番曬所有錢，呢件事就唔再關你事，係佢哋兩間車行之後嘅事囉！😂

其实给定金的时候，需要对方给你一个收据。上面要他白纸黑字写如果最后不买，定金可以全退。（通常会注明有些手续费和行政费）

Just make police report against them la. Use the police report to lodge case in Consumer Association of Penang (CAP) and Tribunal for Consumer Claims (under Malaysian government). Police report does not constitute criminal case as this case of no deposit refund is civil claims against a business but they might assist to submit evidence to court (if they are required to do so). Police report is still required to document the incident with validated proof of incident.

在马来西亚社会上很多很贪污的坏人。初到马来西亚，刚认识，外国华人会觉得马来西亚一些男人很‘热心友善’，很欢迎港人、中国人，很亲切。他们一般上40岁以上，到60多岁都有，当爸爸了，很贪污，肥胖、皮肤黑，小学毕业。渐渐发现，他们很多恶习，玩越南妹、印尼妹、也开玩笑说如果你在马来西亚买屋子，他可以帮你们外国人看守你们在马来西亚买的的房子，不过他们要带女人上去干。还玩人家的老婆呢（也是没受教育的华人妇女）。你的任何钱一旦交给他的手，比如听说介绍、帮你做事，就会被他贪污掉，花掉，什么都没做到，过后很难很难再也拿不回了。你只不过rm1000，也不算贪污，算了吧。
