The story is similar to ours... still grew sales even though we trimmed off service area, services, etc. and through it all simplification was for the best with increased efficiency and profit.

We have a very similar story. It's always counter intuitive that more services = more money. Where its really the complete opposite. Get good at one or two services and stick with those. Nice video Mike !

This would help explain the revenue numbers a little better if this was the case. Liz was definitely the common denominator to your successes. I’ve hired two office assistants over the year and they created massive problems for the company which stunted company growth.
