Start from scratch and work hard, you will one day recognised by your work not from marks . Dont stuck to your past achievements I am not commenting to discourage you but a little advice. Accept an offer either from private hospital and start your job instead of sitting at home. When you will start work either with low pay, your stress will vanish and you can think straight. Congratulations and well-done. Mashallah. I myself working with NHS in England ( UK) as a consultant physician. In the current circumstances, I will brotherly advise you to not to opt to come to the UK, but definitely consider USMLE and working in America. Sky is the limit in America, however health system in the NHS is not looking promising and sustainable in the near future. Hence I will brotherly advise you to go to America for your further training rather coming to the UK. ( Having said all the above, ofcourse the final decision will be yours) as per your circumstances. Best wishes for your future endeavours. Inshallah.

I have no idea how successful Pakistani Trained doctors are in the UK, but yes, they are very successful in the US AFTER getting US training. They spend at least first two rough years. I have seen many examples here in the US. Even some of those doctors were flabbergasted by the time they spent at work, as a result, they made their decision to move out of here.
