Love the design. Well thought out. Only thing I'd change the wood stove into a gas fireplace. Some senior just can't be hauling logs. Has great curb appeal.👍👍👏✅💯😎 Great job 🎉

Yeah finally a wood stove to heat the home, more efficient than a fireplace and allows room for a large TV! KUDOS!!! Love the use of a vanity with the bathroom sink allows storage. Bathtub is molded so you have shelf area to set bath gels and shampoo. Free standing tub doesn't offer this . You have to place items on the floor. ❤

This one is very nice! Would love to see something similar, but with a combo closet/laundry in the master bedroom (one side closet with hanging areas and drawers, the other side or one end for laundry), and a larger pantry. Love the entry with kitchen/dining to one side and the living area to the other, and the wood stove. Given the placement it would be easy for people to swap out the wood burning stove for either gas or an actual fireplace depending on their needs or preferences.

If it was me I would do pocket doors leave one bedroom off make my master bedroom bigger and have one bathroom and not so much white colors on the walls and in the kitchen id have one very small office room

Don’t care much for the eat in kitchen being closed off from the living area. Lots of space taken up by hallways. That chimney is butt ugly! Other than that it’s great. 😂

I didn’t make it past the kitchen. It is poorly designed. It fails on the 21ft rule. Fridge, sink and stove must form a 7ft per side triangle for optimum practical use. These designs frequently get a failing mark on the kitchen.
