Any hacked client that says it's good for 2b2t should be considered "use at your own risk" and probably going to backdoor you at some point.

Use hacked clients at your own risk. I've been using Future Client for a few years, but like any other Minecraft mod, you should always never fully trust it and do computer scans routinely.

@@fastvincent1 The only hacked client I personally trust is Aristois. It might not have the best modules but I know the author doesn't play or care all that much about 2b2t and I've been friends with him for years. That being said my endorsement isn't worth a whole lot and still comes with a "Use at own risk" sticker. 👍

To users of old Intel hd graphics: Sodium has a problem where chunks flicker when there is an update below a certain Y level. After nearly 4 years of back and forth discord messages with the devs (Jellysquid and MrMangoHands) they have decided to not fix the issue. Just wanted to let you guys know. The mod is absolutely amazing on any other graphics architecture, and all the devs work very hard on what they do.

It’s not a bug with sodium. It is because of windows update providing broken drivers and you can get a fixed driver from intel’s website.

@@0x225 I tried that but my PC is oem, and most drivers from outside windows update or dell supportassist don't work. This issue affects most lower end dell laptops from 2019 and 2020 such as the latitude and inspiron series.

Great video fastvincent1 once again. I'm really loving the content you are putting out! As a fellow silent regular player on 2b2t for years, the info is pretty spot on. As others have mentioned, you don't need Starlight anymore for 1.20+. One thing I would HIGHLY recommend is when creating minecraft instances, create a new folder for each instance and keep it separate from the original MC folder and its contents.

Excellent video as always vincent 👌. I wanted to make another suggestion for a video, i think its time to make a video documentating the full rusher war that started in june 1st 2016. It will be a Long video 30 - 60 mins telling about the various events that happen, the groups (team veteran, team rusher, the resistance etc.) And how it changed 2b2t forever. Interviewing the various players who partake in it from the veteran side ( sato, offtopia, fit) to rusher side ( mrmitch, thecampingrusher, napkinoftruth) to resistance members (corrupted unicorn , nedat etc.) If your able to a hold of them of course. It will be your biggest video yet and so many 2b2t players are fascinated about this war and want to learn more about it. This war is so much more entertaining than the dream smp and it will be so awesome if your able to cover it's history. Its of course up to you if your down to do it.

WWE Client used to be my go to. I forget what it was renamed to. Also curseforge went through a lot of bs last year with many client side mods having some form of malicious code in them.

nvidium is also pretty good for people with NVIDIA graphics cards, adds a bunch of fps whenever I have high render distances

Few things to say about the video: The Dynamic FPS and Logical Zoom mods are both features included in the all the clients you have mentioned. Starlight is no longer necessary on 1.20 as the light engine had been reworked in that version so it does not cause issues anymore. Future is 28 dollars, not 20. It has been like that for a while now. And for the love of god, enable antialiasing in your OS. Your system font looks terible Nice video otherwise tho

You could also add nvidium. Its basically distant horizons but just better (it doesnt downscale blocks but still increses performance and the only drawback is that it only works on nvidia 16 series and above)

Type %appdata% in the windows search bar and press enter. Then see a folder called .minecraft and open it. There you will find mods folder.

when you install fabric you need to at least load the game once, it will create the mods folder if you use prism launcher, this will make managing your mods easier

I don't like the idea of paying for mods. While I do like the idea of hacking on anarchy servers, paying for better exploits and clients feels like pay2win in the end. Also, these devs are oftentimes shady and I could imagine them hiding some sort of malware that activates when you try to crack their software. Open sourcing these things would be way more trustworthy, but at the cost of exploits getting fixed even faster.

Try ruling out which one is crashing you. Every computer is different. If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, use NVIDIUM mod instead of Sodium

It’s not the FPS itself that dictates that, yet it’s an I good indicator of performance. I always cap my FPS at 60 so the system can focus instead on shaders or rendering.
