I’ll never understand how some people can be so deceptive towards people that have never wronged them in any way whatsoever. Internal base griefing is the worst way to be griefed because someone that you trusted totally backstabbed you.

Lol I spent almost a week at the boedecken, fixing small parts and I even built a house on the unclaimed plot. It's been there a month, but idc if someone blows it up. I left the big UwU in the middle as a joke because I figured that doing the whole compass wouldn't have been viable lol.

I am DingyBirch and i just want to say that talking to beardler was a cool experience. Even though he did grief the Boedecken, the guy seemed to be a good person. What I said above was that "If You build a base on 2b2t, it will eventually be griefed. That's how I think you should look at it." I remember talking to my brother about the interaction I had and he just couldn't really fathom why anyone would have some kind of emotional attachment to minecraft in this way. I mean he's right in a way. It's just a cool build on an offensive server, which is on a video game. What's the big deal? But he isn't right. In the sense that he doesn't know who these people are and what this server has been through, along with all the time and effort that this build must have taken, for it to be destroyed. I personally can't say I know what it feels like to have your build destroyed. I'm not someone who bases with others. I'm just a sight-seeing nomad. But I can say this, I do pity what happened to these guys. I really do. As for my conversation with Beardler? He left the server around a few minutes after I had initially made contact with him. I didn't even know who he was until someone exclaimed he griefed Boedecken. In a weird way, I kind of felt honored to be talking to a 'Fallen Angel' on 2b2t. Someone who was so highly respected, who fell from grace after his sins came to light. That's all I wanted to really say. Also, I'm not really looking for this to get hundreds of likes or anything. I just wanted to share my experience.

I based with Beardler (just me and him) in the months leading up and during the events in this video (a screenshot of our drain can be seen at 14:26). He was amazing to talk to, we had some great debates and discussions. I never thought he'd grief anything, seeing as he was literally the most active member of the museum and retrieving world downloads quicker than anyone. He even got me into the museum staff and opped there. I, too, had Jared's IP address before anyone there using the ip-ban method, but the difference was that I didn't share it. Beardler loved history and preserving it, but sometimes things in your life just change and make you do something you now regret. I forgave him quickly, but I only wish more people did. I know some things I can't talk about, but I can I had contact with him during the almost two years he disappeared off the internet. Though it's a shame he'll probably never come back to 2b2t, life is so much more important and I CAN say he's doing much better now.

Better coverage of things than Fitmc. Also I realize how close Boedecken was to my small base which acted as a gateway to spawn. It was even built in the same timeframe when I was most active in 2017, wow. While I was just minding my own business all that was going on next door.

lol one thing fit really lays on THICK is "THE MOST SECRET BASE ON 2B2T" lol... it was 6000 blocks off the north road lol; everyone knew about it haha. Legato even had rooms for nomads and visitors. If you dont mind, wheres your base at? I have region files of the area; I could stop off for a visit :D

William Washburn fit literally over-exaggerates certain events and downplays crucial ones in order to fit his agenda. He’s going to make him and his friends look like the saviors and good guys, when in reality, they are just as bad as Rusher. I mean, he literally made popbob look like some supervillain that had a reign of terror over the entire server, when he was a lot less of what fit made him out to be (think of iTristan, jared2013, and X0xP. He’s basically the same level as those guys but in his own era).

@@the_boss2194 I refuse to argue this because many of the people who claim this are guilty of the exact same manipulation ( also I suspect SOME of it comes from his enharent bias given his history on 2b2t) but also because trying to convince people on the internet you're right ( Even if you are) is more often than not a pointless/fruitless endeavor

2B2T is just Stunning to me, i gotta say many of the builds are just Insane, Detailed, futuristic, back in time, and it just gives me this awsome feeling that this server almost isnt minecraft, but an enteirly new enviroment built arround it, I love 2B2T for the dedication of its players, their skills, and for the awsome history, its like a new world, with its own new story, and i love that, i never played 2b2t but i love watching these videos and the history is just so intresting to me. edit: thank you for the heart!

It's the only game you're aware of. Other long-term anarchy games like this exist. You may enjoy the history of Eve Online, for example.

Slight correction: the player that Beardler blamed the destruction on happened to be on a few days later, and I messaged him asking him about why he blew it up. He told me he had no idea what I was talking about, and that began the skepticism between YSJ, Caines, and myself. It wasn't until after this that BGM was blown up.

Thanks for addressing the many issues with Fit's Boedecken video. Builder's Haven and Purgatory 2 were almost entirely glossed over and referred to as 'Beardler's Museum training grounds' (???) which is entirely false.

He Should Do PopBobs Castle I Forgot To Add Some History So I Will -Popbobs Castle Was a Build That Was One of the few builds popbob worked on it was a old build from the early days of the sever i think he built it in 2011-2013 and the build was griefed when FItMC went there and he griefed it because he knew after he made the video that somebody would grief it

People are weird, so people who like you will probably tell me if I don't like it, don't watch it or attack me lol. Or you yourself may (or very well may not!) take it poorly or as an attack. IMO the purpose of having a comment section and a thumbs-up/thumbs-down is just that, to comment what you think and whether or not you like it. I gave the video a thumbs up, fyi. I first thumbs'ed up, revoked it, and thought on it and decided to thumbs up again. My comment though is that, @ the 13:39 point, and this may speak to me more than to you, I am finding your narration style very thorough and detail-oriented, which I appreciate, but not the easiest to keep up with. To be fair, I just worked my 5th 12 hour shift in a row and was on very little sleep before my most recent one, so my brain is fatigued. But in comparison to FitMC for example who was brought up - without knowing better for sure, I assume that your rendition here is more thorough and accurate. However, if I were to watch one of his videos right now, I would find the pacing and delivery more appealing to digest. Your pacing is quite quick, and your charisma level/monotone delivery causes one sentence to run-into the next. I am going to finish this video, am enjoying it, and just finished watching several others, which is what brought me to this one. I am sure too that people who are more 2b2t savvy, which is a niche thing and this is a niche channel for, would be more on top of it. Anyway, I'm babbling. I intend this sincerely and constructively, and it's just one person's opinion. I like the content, I think your delivery and narration could use work. The video content in alignment with your information is fantastic, though. And I have the impression your research and thoroughness is excellent, as well. i did some digging, and hes just a bullshitter. he was asked to return things, and basically just right his wrongs, and he said he would but never followed through. seems like he only says sorry to dump responsibility
