This is not quality. A year ago you could get a really nice place for 300 bucks... very modern. Quality is going way down for the price....

The best economy apt. you have shown. We were renting a 2/1 in 2020 for 12k, but wasn't as nice! No hot water, no free internet, no furniture. A great deal in 2024! I love the SariSari pass through security bars. Apple of a filipino's eye! Heh I bet the owners would let you add an A/C if you leave it when you move!

Back in the early 80's east of I-45 around Spring we used to go to an all you can eat catfish with hush puppies. That was something I would love to find in Delaware.

Seemed like an efficiency apt. good enough for two. Wish we could have seen more of the outside surroundings for it. Would be a great first place to stay awhile as you get to know places and look for a home... and that location makes that easy. My only concern was the AC seemed small for chilling the whole place even with fans. Looked like Jennalyn was stressing it with the heat.

p17K is a nice price. If I would be renting it, I would offer the landlord an extra p2K if he installed aircon in both bedrooms.

These places are really starting to look really rough for the price. 300 a year ago was pretty darn nice for 3 bedroom. Now I'm guessing it's 600 to get the same qualities. Which is really rough. Going up way to quick.

You need to review the Filipino eating places in the Houston area. Max's , Jerry's, Seafood City, Gado's and many more in the area.

I have one question: do I need to have a motorcycle or scooter in order to get around or can I just get a grab or a cab. I'm 74 and tired of driving. I prefer to walk anymore, in fact, I'm about to sell my truck here in texas, even thought I'm not gonna be in the philippines until jan of next year. I'm getting an e-bike to get around locally here and only use my daughters car for longer distances.

Yes. If your a quality foodie person , other than certain places , the Philippines is not for you. Have to give this video a thumbs down for eating great food , while I'm watching on my laptop ,NOT looking forward to whatever I'll be trying to eat the rest of the day 😖
