He I'm putting my engine together and love these videos! But I heard like a year ago people breaking these tensioner bolts...and someone made a aftermarket bolt that is stronger but now I can't find it... you remember?

Nice. Gathering up all my stuff I've had lying around and starting to put mine together. So seeing as my head studs are... nearly 20 years old I should avoid using arp washer and just torque nut directly on head. Hopefully I understood you correctly. Very detailed btw doing good work. ^^b

I didn’t see the need, I may do so but this bolt should be 100% fine

Was because the washer studs are sinking in the head or did they fix the issue with the 625 head stud washers? cause I haven’t opened the box yet but I told with the 625’s I shouldn’t worry compared to the older arp kit?

They fixed that issue about 5-6 years ago. This is just a consistency issues my engine builder had seen along with the other builders he works with. They found this to be more consistent and accurate.

Why is the 36-2 crank sensor necessary? I have the 90919-05006 for my non vvti with upgraded 36-2

I'm putting my engine together as we speak and I want to find out about this as well if the PHR 36-2 timing belt crank is compatible with crank sensor 90919-05006. Thank you.
