good luck those V8s are bulletproof. and why swap in a 2j? gte's are so expensive anyway, these V8s can handle ALOT of power too

Nice. I'm just about to buy one. Love the 2jz engine and the car. Wonder what needs to be done to ecu to make it work with turbo. Is it custom ecu or you can access original?

Take a look at DIY-Alex's channel for more information. It's an NA/T build, but they used a aftermarket fuel pressure regulator to dial in the A/F ratio without touching the ECU. You'd have to look deeper/ask if they have any tips for timing though kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pNx7lNlosZ3IqXk.html

the 2jz ge is naturally aspirated so it's not made to run with a turbo it'll take a lot of work, time and money to turbo a n/a. You'll also have to switch engine components it's better to just get a 2jz gte in the end.

Probably not, it's most likely a 2JZ-GE Turbo otherwise known as a 2JZ NA-T. He added a turbo to the naturally aspirated block haha.
