Michael Jordan is The greatest player of all time, no doubt about it. Any player can "steal" his moves, but the thing is who has the skills to execute these moves and be successful. For that reason, Kobe Bryant is One of the greatest ever.

+matsa mplokos You kno whats funny michael thought he was the best until kobe came along. Even at 18, 19 years old he was at michael jordans level and that was probably the most shocking to michael. Kobe being so young already having the prowess that michael possesed and even more because of his deeper range to drain shots than michael. Thats why kobe will always be the deadlier scoring machine, boy THERE GOES THAT MAMBA!

MJ>>>>>>>>Kobe 6 rings>5 rings 2 three peats>one three peat playing until you're 40>playing until you're 37 30.1 ppg>25 ppg Not to mention, MJ started in his rookie season, and averaged 28 ppg. The only reason Kobe did it younger was because he came out of high school.

been watching nba for 20 years now. Defense back on 80s s90s was so much tougher than today. It was like no blood no foul unlike today they need to control the game to eliminate fights/brawls. if u understand bball,so easy to score w/o handchecks.i just dont feel like Kobe and LBJ would be close to dominate back then but i think MJ would be more dominant today with today's stupid restrictions.Of course they all defensive kings so i focused on scoring.Dont get me wrong Kobe&LBJ are best of 2000 but not so close to GOAT!enough said. G.O.A.T that was basketball at it's highest level. Today's game is built around foul calls and control from the league to get who they want in the finals. LeBron James was created by ESPN and the NBA who got the NBA TV rights from NBC. How many times do you watch a Miami Heat game where the refs only call fouls for one team? They call touch fouls for Miami and swallow the whistle for their competition. It's nothing more that entertainment now with a league control. MJ earned everything he got. He was skilled and smart. The Bulls were built through the draft and trades. The Heat were build by fraud. David Stern has tried for years to get LeBron an NBA title and it took drastic moves like having three ALL STARS conspire behind teams backs in order to win. No matter what these kids say it doesn't bother me. I have lived through both eras and today's NBA doesn't even compare to the 80's and 90's physical and mentally tough basketball those guys played. There will never be another Jordan!
@ninjaguy123
@ninjaguy123 10 жыл бұрын
One part of your argument is correct, but do you think MJ wasn't boosted by the NBA? You think the refs didn't favor him? The NBA needed a new start after Magic and Bird were getting old, so don't tell me he didn't profit like LBJ or Wade do.
@Ndoelicious
@Ndoelicious 10 жыл бұрын
Conspire? Hey I love MJ, and LBJ. Yes James was a flopper, but that doesn't mean that he's not good enough to win 4 MVPs and 2 rings...so far. I mean, did NBA made him shooting 60% in 6 games, or 70% so far in 4 of 2013-2014? I still think that MJ is better than LBJ, I just hate nonsense crap.

David Keller MJ's prime had 48 inch veritcal, strongest mental game of any athlete of all time, faster/stronger than Durant. Are you kidding me? MJ could stop durant sometimes, while durant could not even stop jordan once. Iverson prime? The guy was 6 feet. That's it. There is 0 chance he could stop jordan/kobe once in their primes. Trying to score every time would not happen either because they could push him around/block him with their superior vertical/height/strength.

Michael Jordan is the absolute greatest Basket Ball player of all time, and whoever says no just doesn't know what he's talking about. Just look at all of his accomplishments, they speak for themselves. Nobody today touches him in anything. Not in scoring titles, not in scoring average (Not during the regular season and DEFINITELY not for the play offs), not in rings, not in MVP's (Again, not for regular season and DEFINITELY not for the play offs), not in ANYTHING! lol :-) Now watch some Lebron James lover start talking about assists. lol smh Please. Magic Johnson was a way better passer than Jordan also. Yet, he (Magic) isn't considered the greatest. Jordan is. :-) So Lebum and all of his lovers can take all those assists and shove them up their @$$ES! lol Real competitors want the ball in their hands during crunch time. Real competitors want the ball when the game is on the line. Real competitors want to take the last shot. Lebum just does not that competitive/killer instinct. In all honestly, despite what all the stupid little Lebum fans want to believe... the closest thing today to Michael Jordan in terms of accomplishments is Kobe Bryant. And even HE is still far away from Jordan status! lol :-D So again, to put it simply.... Michael Jordan is the absolute greatest basketball player of all time. There's no doubt about that to people who REALLY know about the sport.

The "Superstars" from today can't hold his jock strap when it comes to scoring. lol And Mike has the highest scoring average in Basket Ball history for the play offs. :-) As far as Wilt goes.... he's lucky that he played around a time when there were like only 1 or 2 seven-footers in the game. Him being 1 of them. lol And he also better be thankful that there was pretty much no competition back in those days either. Mike came around at a time when there was alot more talent and competition in the league. And he still dominated with 9 or 10 scoring titles with 7 of them coming in a row. :-) Oh, and how could I forget?? The record for most points in a play off game with 63. :-) And that wasn't against no bum @ss team either. Nope. That was against the legendary Larry Bird and the Boston Celtics when they were considered the very best team in the league! :-) Yep, Michael Jordan is definitely the very best Basketball player of all time. No doubt about it.

Sorry if the younger, idiot generation doesn't know how to appreciate greatness. But then again, how can y'all even APPRECIATE greatness if y'all just don't even know what greatness IS?! lol All these young Lebum James fan boys are just bad for the sport. lol "We are all WITNESSES??" PFFSSSH. PLEASE. lol We true fans who know about Basket Ball have ALREADY witnessed! We saw MICHAEL JORDAN play baby!! Everything else just DOESN'T COMPARE!!! :-)

RAVENOUS JEED "MJ did some of his more memorable work at the END of his career in Chicago??" lol Nope, sorry bud... but you're wrong. Within his 1st 10 years in the league Jordan already had 2 Olympic Gold Medals.... he had already scored the most points ever in a play off game (63, and he did that in only his 2nd year as a pro and coming off of a broken ankle at the beginning of that same season).... he had won 2 Slam Dunk titles (Which Lebum James hasn't even TRIED to compete in just because he's too much of a P#$$Y!) lol.... he had MULTIPLE SCORING TITLES... MULTIPLE MVP's.... AAAND multiple FINAL'S MVP's! :-) Oh yeah, and not to mention 3 rings. :-) And yes, all that within his 1st 10 years. Then he retired from Basket Ball for the 1st time, went to try Base Ball, and then came back. Then after that was when he won 3 more rings... and won another scoring title or 2.... and put up a few of the other numbers and records that make him the greatest. :-) So please.... do not compare Kobe or Lebum to Jordan. They can't hold his jock strap. lol Oh, and as for that ridiculous thing you said about Kobe being young and "Still having a 'Long Time' ahead of him".... lol smh sorry dude but, no he doesn't. Everybody knows that Kobe's career is already at it's end.

I'mma just say this...if LeBron had Kobe's killer instinct he would surpass Jordan. Truth be told, Lebron should already have 3 rings. Noway in hell should the Heat have lost to the Mavericks. And honestly, I don't see anyone beating the Heat this year either...not come playoff time.
@TheMicredible1
@TheMicredible1 10 жыл бұрын
Of course Lebron would pass surpass jordan if lebron had kobe's skills, if you make that statement vice versa, kobe with lebron's skill kobe would surpass jordan, and heats shouldnt won aganist the spurs. By playoff time of course the heat's will pick up their pace just like any team, right now heats are looking so-so, while the pacers are looking like the team to take the east.

lebron should already have 3 rings???? they lost in 6 dude. they got dominated. its not like they won because of bad calls. did you see game 6??? they basically quit at the end. the mavs played very intelligent defense to stop lebron. ofcourse that was the first heat team. truth be told, lebron should have 1 ring. that game 6 shot by ray allen was nuts. dont act like lebron won that game. i remeber at the end, they would give lebron the ball and he bricked it a couple times. it was hilarious. lebron will never have a killer instinct like jordan. stop doing that. if jordan had lebrons size and strength he would have won 12 titles. its a stupid agrument. you can play the what if game forever, endlessly.
@armonhammertime7082
@armonhammertime7082 10 жыл бұрын
also, lebron lost to the mavs because of the holes in his offensive game. the mavs could zone him and force him to his weak points. that wouldnt have been possible with kobe or jordan. jordan and kobe DONT HAVE WEAK POINTS. it doesnt matter how you play them, they will score. thats what makes jordan the greatest. ontop of that, jordan never lost a finals. lebron will never be able to say that.

you clearly dont know anything about basketball and is in love with lebron..if you say how many rings he should of have he should of had 5 or 6 total 2-3 from Cleavend..heat should of lost to the pacers and the spurs but had a better game..this year pacers look way better than heats and im not a pacers fan..jordan change the game of basketball

I've seen that it's nothing but speculation. If u think that's true then u have to also think Lebron, Kobe etc are the same way. Which is fine if u do but u can't pick and choose

The Pistons were a bunch of thugs back then. Very physical defense. I don't blame Jordan for complaining about those fouls, but I do agree with you to an extent. I watched Jordan play and the refs would call a foul on a player if they breathed too hard on Jordan, especially with the Knicks. I love Jordan and Kobe but they were crybabies when they got fouled.

Kobe would lose, because when you were in your prime Kobe would not be able to steal your moves because he was just a kid who knew nothing about basketball, so in essence what I am saying is this, he would not be able to copy MJ moves, so MJ would still have beaten him soundly
