The second generation Volvo XC60 is a GREAT looking SUV with many positives. But for some reason the rear doors are not designed very well. In this video you will see the actual rear door design flaw, how to fix this issue and also another design flaw related to the front grille and radiator.

Volvo should just provide those mud flaps for free. It's obviously a design fault and ........ after thought.

In Muricanistan, they would already had a class action lawsuit against Vovlo, and Volvo would not ony be forced to fix the cars, but also to pay money to the owners.

I agree, without that investment the brand would be most probably gone many things are indeed better than before, but letting go the legendary 5 cylinder engines was a huuuge mistake

Not so sure. This is not a quality problem, but a design problem. And Volvos are still designed by Swedish engineers, not Geely.
