my suggestion reg cctv every office or school where more number of camera and DVR installed they should have an cctv administrator and AMC tie up will be there In this juncture the cctv administrator can also record separarately without the knowledge of institution because he only will be having user id and password. without login even live also cant be viewed. As far my knowledge in this juncture confidently let me say the cctv operator or administrator or the company who installed all the camera and DVR will be having usr id and pw and also another copy of the same coverage will be additionally available with the cctv administrator.(He could record even sitting in cctv office outside school may be faraway it is possible) In another angle also we can think that is if the presumed cctv administrator publish like this every one will get fear that he will be having whole footage which will be harmful to the institution so that he might bargain to hand over the entire video. (It is my presumption) CCTV engineers and well known cctv technologist will explain this in a better way.

In srimathi case, evidences show that she has committed suicide. But still everyone say the videos are edited, which is ridiculous. It is obvious either police or someone under police control has released the videos as the school has handed over all the CCTV evidences on 13th of July itself. 1. Murderers won't write one full page of suicide note. If at all, they write suicide note they will finish it in 2 lines just to escape. 2. If school management or the accused teachers (maths or chemistry) have done rhe murder means they wouldn't mention their own teachers in the letter. 3. If any of her inmates did, there is a chance of mentioning the teachers whom they dont like. But here again comes a question why will that person write a big letter. She would have written just two lines. 4. Even if she had come down and someone like watchman or driver or sweeper killed her, he wouldn't know her much to mention her teachers and her family and friends. 5. All these say she was not murdered. But still people say the video is fake, the management has raped and killed her etc n etc.. Why no one wants to investigate this case from her mother side? What did she speak to her daughter on 11th July? Her mother said she spoke to her daughter on 10th July. But had she mentioned she spoke to her on 11th July. Reason why the case need to be investigated from her mother side is because this gal has asked the school management to return her fees to her parents. She could have simply died by writing her reason why she commits suicide. But why did she ask the school to return her fees. So far, no one ( school or college gal or boy) who committed suicide had mentioned so.. There should be a thorough investigation and cyber crime must trace all the calls of her mother as well the school management. Let truth and justice prevail.
