To me, CL isn't the prettiest one in the kpop industry, but is one of the sexiest and one of the most attractive woman. You know, is not always about a pretty face but about the attitude. Her selfconfidence always amazed me. And I used to love her curvy body. 2ne1 wasn't my fav kpop group, I like SM's style not YG's, but I love 2ne1 music, and again, CL was always the one who caught my attention, beside Minzy.

I don't understand how some of her fans dare to beg her to not leave YG when she has been through hell for years because of them. Have some decency. Thankfully her contract ended days ago, I hope she will find a better company which will treat her like she deserves.

It's really sad because since the beginning CL was the member that had her sh*t together when it came to dieting/ her weight. She was easily the healthiest member in the group during their 2ne1 days. This is exactly like Orange Caramel Lizzy's case except on the opposite side of the scale. I think CL is scared, frustrated, angry and full of regret for re-signing in 2015. She worked so hard to debut and go solo, create connections and make music but it all got thrown away. In the end her health is suffering but things are already looking up for her now that she FINALLY left that toxic company.

*Companies need to stop forcing idols into the US industry, it's ruining their career.* BoA failed, Ailee failed, WG practically lost everything from trying to advance in the US, SNSD barely shook waves and PSY fizzled out. Blackpink maybe, they might fizzle out too like PSY depending on YG and their fake media play. I think CL looked her best and seem most comfortable with her body during 2013-2014. People forget CL was 19 years-old when 2ne1 debut and blew up. So at a young age she received tons of attention, had a persona opposite of her own natrual personality to maintain and from what I understand, try to understand Korean culture. Yes, CL is Korean but she spent a huge chunk of her childhood living in Japan and France with her family. I also remember an episode from Mnet 2ne1 TV, how CL mention she had to work hard to lose weight and keep it off. I don't think debuting CL was ever that natrually thin but she felt the pressure later on in her career and struggle to stay that thin. When 2ne1 disband and her solo career flop, she went threw a deep depression. I don't think CL has fully recovery from her failures but with her contract ending with YG at the end of the year. I hope she finds motivation to be both physically and mentally healthy on her terms not the industry.

I remember listening to 2ne1 when I was in middle school. I always loved CL. To me she still looks beautiful even with the weight. Like seriously, even at her biggest she is still looking beautiful, Especially at the movie premier with the black outfit. It wouldn't matter either way. What matters is that she can live a happy life, whether that means being small or being a little big. Not everyone can realistically maintain a small body. But we can try to support her so she can be her best self

I get what you're saying here. There's a difference between gaining weight because you're happy and in a good place mentally, and gaining weight because you're unhappy and stressed out. When I got hospitalised to psychiatric hospital, doctors chose the wrong treatment for me and my prolactin level increased FOUR TIMES. I gained +10 kilos in a week and got galactorrhea. It was from November to February and I still gotta deal with the consequences. My weight is the same as when it was when I got home from the hospital. Sports, dieting, medicines - nothing helps. Gaining weight fast and losing it in no time is extremely dangerous. CL looks beautiful no matter what shape and size she is, but I'm really concerned about her mental and physical health.
