To me it's probably 2Pac's best collaboration, I don't know why but him and Richie Rich sound perfect togheter! Amazing track, way too underrated.

How can people say PAC not lyrical?

There may be "better" rappers.... But no one comes close when it comes to delivery, inflection and most of all replay value...! How many Em tracks could you bump on the daily...? A handful at best, Tupac has a long strong playlist that is solid day after day. I also love the fact that Tupac uses a lot of actual instruments. (You guys really need to check out Rittz..! A lyrical monster with incredible flow and delivery, and he's actually saying something...! "Bounce" with Twista would be a good place to start.)
