Such a wholesome experience watching you two. Reading the lyrics, my interpretation is that the song is about a young person dealing with puberty and the changing world around them. Trying to balance between their self-image, self-esteem and what others think about them. I might be wrong but that's what the song means to me

Ohhhh, Grannies! Avatar came to my city last night. I was hesitant to go, since I already had tickets to two other shows, in the same week. But reactions, like yours, made me interested, so I entered a drawing with the local rock radio station (Ok, many times) and I WON! I knew a handful of songs, and my wife didn't know much, but they were SO GOOD!! We're definitely fans, now, and next time they come around, we'll definitely get tickets, right away. And I, too, looooove this song! Great job, ladies! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

I feel I could write a lot about this track. Damn well blew my mind, love it, love the theme, lyrics, music and arrangement and everything about it. And the bug.... I bet there's plenty of us who can relate. And thank you. Sincerely thank you, for suggesting to say a, prayer for the world. I follow no religion, but I sure as anything am sending out good vibes, and whether these, work or not, if nothing else, if we all did this it would mean we all care.

Even for Avatar this is really different. Much more singing, and less screaming. A little subdued than lots of their previous music. But it's still Avatar, and still fantastic. I can't understand why a band thill talented, and this imaginative aren't filling stadiums world wide. Don't know if this is the shape of things to come for Avatar, or something away from the norm to add some different teste to the new album. It's matters not. It's fantastic, and they're fantastic.

There is a lot of avatar songs that are more sang than screamed, like Tower, New Land , Black water and the list go on. This song is really avatar's style, more than the other single. Can't wait to see them in february. They are also going to Hellfest 🤘

Graham, we kind of thought the same way. It was a little different for Avatar, but still very much them. They’ve got nothing to prove. They’re brilliant and we all should know it. They’re still extremely underrated to us, but we have no clue WHY. Keep on rocking babies. ✌🏻🖤🤘🏻🎶

I have to say, I had the honor of meeting the band when they where in my state a few years ago, and they were the nicest group of guys you’d ever want to meet! They all took the time to meet everyone when they came out and seemed genuinely humbled and surprised that anyone was even waiting out back in the rain just to meet them. Such great guys, I love them so much! ❤️

The very first time I've watched it, I got shivers down my spine, I was moved and yet happy angry fierce stronger... it was a storm of feelings, and since that day it is the soundtrack of every new challenge. I will never be able to say thank you enough to Avatar. Thanks Two Rocking Grannies, and yes!! That is tot a Queen moment, to me as well!! Cheers, Laura

I'm so happy you reacted to this song and video! This song and Barren Cloth Mother were a total surprise from them and they did a great job of keeping both under wraps until dropping them right before their current tour began. I'm super excited to see them perform this song and a bunch of my other favorites in Denver a week from this Saturday!! Keep rocking and not stopping, Granny Hayes and Nana Mary!!!! 🤘🏻🖤

@@nanaking9560 The concert was AMAZING!! It was well worth the two years of waiting to see them again!! They had so much fun being there giving every bit of themselves into their performance and we gave back our enjoyment of it 10,000 fold. It was the best night in a long time that I've had and I'm looking forward to seeing them again on the next leg of their tour!! Keep rocking Nana King and Granny Hays!! 🤘🏻🖤

Happy Wednesday, Grannies! So glad you reacted this! I looked through all the comments to make sure I wasn't going to post something that'd already been mentioned. When you watch again, notice the colors & design on the wings at the end.. it's a 'look' that's familiar! Avatar are just incredible.. always bringing something different & creative. Their line from this one "What you do when no one's watching.. anything else means nothing" is one of my favorites from any song. Thank you for bringing us more Avatar! ~ Oh, and I don't _think_ you've checked out Carach Angren or Macabre yet.. either/both would be great for some 'halloween' horror-story telling fun. (Carach really are story tellers, with a horror angle & Macabre.. well, like Ice Nine Kills, they like their serial killers!) Oh, and if you want an actual laugh from your horror - you can't beat The Merkins, imho) Love you ladies.

Yes it was. So sorry about that. We had a loose wire in the smoke detector and it was possessed ( Ha Ha) It’s fixed now. 🤟☮️🎶💕✌️🎶

You finally check out it!))) Nice reaction!)) Avatar never disappointed. Interesting facts: creepy guys was inspired by cover of one of the albums of The Haunted (also cool swedish metal band). And the song was recorded in same session with Hunter Gatherer. Motion capture actress, who played The Bug - same what in A Secret Door, Mpululu Ntuve. Do reaction to Avatar - The Great Pretender, please.

i miss the old outfits though love this song I dont think youve reacted to many of the new albums songs a Secret door, Wormhole, and they fun and morbid Child and if your looking for drum heavy When all but force fails
