Just had to deal with an immobilizer issue on my LX470.(Lexus Land Cruiser in the states) Massive PITA.

The Yaris engine harness it's separated from the body harness!

It is indeed but they both run to a single ECU, albeit separate looms. Some of the ancillaries run from the engine fusebox. It's pretty convenient but I need to rehouse things like the heater relay and fuses etc. And getting the clocks working might be tricky as the yaris and celica use a different speed sensor in the gearbox and I'm currently not sure they interchange!
