Of course, the buyer will enjoy it, but they'll spend a lifetime in it before they can sell at anything but a loss. BUT if there's one person who would buy it at this price, perhaps then there are others that would buy at an even slightly higher price. Another thing, however, that makes this not so attractive, is that Google Maps view reveals that a new division will probably develop directly across the road in a year or two that would completely destroy the current wide-open view. That view alone is so thrilling that the sellers know perception-wise that it adds at least $1 million to the possible asking price.
