This was indeed very helpful. I started my trading journey last year in September and I remember when I used to document every little thing I do, I would feel like I was progressing and more confident but then my ego got in the way after a few wins and I thought I had mastered it. A couple months later I've heard about ICT and decided to learn his concepts and a lot have changed so far but most importantly going back to journaling every step, action, thought it's what is going to be the icing on the cake for better development and self-learning. Very insightful. I've been following ICT on twitter but I realize I should be doing even more work, journaling my thoughts and process as I observe the market, and avoid it being focused on the money. The marketplace is like a mirror, it reveals your flaws and forces you to work on them if you want to extract consistency from them. Laziness is my main issue. It leads to poor decision making, lack of clarity, lack of knowledge and it leads to anxiety, which is an issue for me. Keep up the fight and God bless.

Thank you for your videos! When you say Low Resistance Liquidity, price is ranging, so it's High Resistance...when price moves quickly over a short period of time, with large candles forming, that is Low Resistance.

I haven't even started trading yet. I'm still learning about what it is and best practices. Videos like this are so helpful. I appreciate you for sharing this perspective. I realized I already have some potentially detrimental thoughts about trading and about what the market is. I'm definitely going to start journaling to try to get a handle on those thoughts early in my journey.

Can’t stress how much “ discipline “ is important not just in trading but in life I’m general because how disciplined you are in your life will reflect into your trading. (BTW where did you find your lock screen “ discipline, courage, leadership “ seems like a great reminder to keep nearby.

I still struggle with notion journaling, not because I don’t want to but using notion has been super confusing, so I just make screenshots and put some write ups on it to an album I made for Forex on my phone

Hi Hannah, I was definitely guilty of #2. Especially when I logged in, saw a move that already happened and then fomo'd in angry at missed profits, usually right at the local resistance 😄 Also trading while being distracted even by little things like a yt video or sth happening in the background. It's certainly an account killer. What helped me was writing down not only my trades but also my thoughts, feelings and mental state during trading on any given day. And books - religiously listening to : - Trading in the Zone by Mark Douglas (my absolute no.1) - Mastering Trading Psychology by Andrew Aziz, Mike Baehr God bless!

Hi Hannah, I believe we've all made the same mistakes. Being a relative newbie to trading over the past year, two online courses and making the same silly mistakes too often, I stumbled upon your channel last month and stopped live trading to follow your lead and study the ICT programmes you recommended. I've gone back to paper trading with the disciplined approach that you are showing and it's definitely a game changer. May I add, your ICT concept posts are a blessing, condensed and to the point , bringing hours upon hours of Micheal s tutorials a more enjoyable experience. God bless you ❤

I started with the ICT programmes that Hannah suggested which are quite long but very intuitive. Then watching Hannah on the charts brings all that learning together in a simplified way. Also, the method in which Hannah documents everything is something I've taken onboard, she's a very cleaver young woman. Don't rush, get yourself focused on your learning and practice with Paper Trading and your Day will arrive...... Wishing you best on your journey 🙏 🌱

I entered strategy wars with "the moving average " artys channel in the group "the trading floor" for the whole month of march.. out of 754 traders I finished 7th. Even beating Arty.. so I know I'm on the right track.. that was using a strategy I didn't really know or like but 7th outta 754 was an accomplishment I'm proud of. Unfortunately I couldn't trade ict stuff so just gotta refocus and start back on the track I was meant to follow.. best of luck on your journey too my friend 🙏

hannah...there is a correction....the low resistance liquidity u mentioned is actually a high resistance liquidity.....low resistance liquidity means the flow will be very smooth there will be no resistance in between.....resistance means say for eg in an upmove the number of down candle should be less and in an downmove the number of up candle should be less.....hope this is insightful...take care.
