idk, even when she was at the state of 42%WR she seemd playable enough, and when they buffed her, then I felt like I'm playing on something unfair again, so ye, they should gut her again, it's like aphelios, if she has >50% overall wr then she is broken

@@Satreas you know damn well she's getting some slaps on the wrist. I've been seeing her a lot in tracking the pros Channel. She'll get touched sooner or later. I wouldn't say she's 'one trick able' for the average pisslow player but definitely for high elo

Zeri didnt get buffed into a playable state...she got buffed into a very op state and she still is a strong pick after the nerf.

I agree, I thought that comment was odd as well. Syndra does very well into Kassadin even when he hits level 6 because his mana costs are still high and his trading power still weak and Syndra can always nullify his attempts to all-in with a well-timed E. Kassadin only really becomes a threat to Syndra once mid game hits and laning phase is over and he is stronger at getting picks and push side lanes than she can. Syndra is very weak to all assassins in general, since assassins have high mobility and burst damage and her E is unreliable at blocking mobile champions. Katarina, Zed, Akali, Fizz, Ekko, Yasuo and also Sylas and Diana though technically not assassins are all popular mid laners that can kill Syndra in a 1v1. She does well into them pre-level 3, but after that there's always a high kill threat from their end, especially once they spike 6. Winning vs assassins really comes down to good wave control and management since Syndra has better tools for that than they do. Yasuo is obviously an outlier because all mages except Vex do poorly into him because he can just block any high threat spell with his windwall alongside having good wave control tools. Yone is also decent into Syndra but he has to survive the laning phase first as his laning phase is a lot weaker than Yasuo's though his all-in ability is better. This is one of the reasons why Yone ended up moving to top lane anyway, as it's a longer lane but mostly into melee matchups which allows him to not be nearly as bullied in the early game by freezing the wave under his tower.

I agree. I onetrick Ekko and Syndra is a very easy matchup, hard to lose lane as long as you don't get poked out too much early

@@wt8213 I disagree I think the fact that her Q is such a short CD and she does so much damage with great catch potential that resets if you get the kill puts her in an amazing spot for soloQ and one I've played a fair amount and found a ton of success with (D3) so I think Vex is a very safe option to one trick

@@TheDemonator88 I played her for like 30 games and for me I felt after a 30 min game she gets weak. Probably the best character in the 10-20 min time range though.

I played pantheon a decent amout (17,652 points), he was fun at first but I got bored of him. You are a lane bully who can only bully some champions, but at that point you are just a counter pick right? Pantheon is situational and I hate it, you will either crush you opponent or get crushed and all because of match up

With how the game is currently, you can play anyone in the jungle, and with jungle especially, it matters very little how meta your champ is since the role is so macro focused

Simple champs like the ones you listed aren’t necessarily good to one-trick precisely because they’re so simple. You aren’t going to learn much from one-tricking them (comparatively speaking).

@@mateuszaustralia think they meant overgrowth tbh. But the core statement is still correct. Any of boneplating, conditioning, overgrowth, unflinching are all great secondaries to grab into unfavorable matchups for some added survivability

I generally take mord, it works well too. He can't dash except on you when you ult and that is pretty much what you want.

Passive and E damages a lot

As AP Twitch you're not looking to AA an enemy long enough to fully proc lethal. With HoB you get the quick boost for 3 attacks and since you will be maxing W second - the slow from that should be enough to fully stack your passive for big dmg

I think you want the Caulfield's for added CDR. You will end up getting a 3rd crit item anyway and gold is accelerated because of parrley. I usually go LDR

After Navori completion you want to build 2 crit cloaks right away, so that you reach 70% crit chance

@@castlewolf848 Depends on matchup and teamcomp imo. Luden's if they have a lot of squishy champions on the enemy team, Liandry's if they got a stronger frontline. It also depends on if you got a lot of other AP champions on the team already, where if they do, you could opt for a more supportive build with focus on CDR rather than pure AP, but if you want to AP carry you just build like a standard mage. I think Night Harvester on Vel is a noob trap. It does good damage but Luden's/Liandry's or even Everfrost are more consistent since Vel is quite mana hungry. Everfrost is super niche and I only recommend it if your team is facing a strong dive comp and you really lack good peel.
