Sajday me tasbih 11 ya 21 baar perhain. . . lamby sajdy se yeh takleef chali jaegi ان شاء اللہ ۔۔۔۔ mujhy bhi aik saal se yeh takleef hy. . . mai Surah Yaseen perh ker roz uska Hadiya Aap ﷺ ko bhejti hon... aur sath me pani per Ya hayyo Ya Qayyumo perh ker dam ker k peeti hon. . . aap 100 times perh lia karain. . . Allah Pak isi se aram dengy. . . meny bhi bht exercise ki bas kuch hours k liye aram ata hy phir start hojata hy. . . best hy lamba sajda. . . q k Hadees ka mafhoom bhi hy na k tum namaz se shifa lo q k namaz me shifa hy. . .
