Ankle sprain (ATFL injury) treatment
Immediately after injury:
P E A C E
Protection
Elevation
Avoid too much Painkillers
Compression
Elevation of limb
Phase 1: Days following injury:
Initially the stretches can be performed and once these are tolerable and easier with regards to pain and swelling, you can move to ROM (range of motion) exercises.
Phase 2: Days to weeks following injury & swelling improving:
Perform ROM (range of motion) exercises.
Resistance exercises
Phase 3: When able to weight bear comfortably:
Balance & Proprioception, Strengthening exercises.

Hi sir, Ankle ligament injury it's been 5 months, no swealing but pain is there now I'm in rest still not recovered, did xray and MRI as result hairline fracture, any other solution for my recovery, thanks in advance

Sir running practice apo shoe podama long run pannen and gym la over weight leg rise panne...ethunala therila shin part la pain vanthuchi( means normal time la ila running pannumpothu panna mudila) again ipo intensity ah run panna start panrapo anterior ankle la pudikuthu sound varuthu valikuthu light ah. Ennala 100m running mudila firsy step eduthu vaika mudila....( Almost 8 months aachu sari aagala)😢😢😢
