Simple deep breathing exercises that help to strengthen the respiratory muscles especially the lungs.But simply ignored. Running jogging and brisk walking may be good for the whole body but these lung exercises do help to strengthen the respiratory system very much.Since i took up these habits i never get cough and cold as well as temperatures resulting from the cough infections because breathing exercises like these are focused on the system. By the way i am not a chain smoker.

hello maam your video is really nice.. i was having a lot of problem in breathing and i use to be really upset about all of this.. my chest felt so tightened and cough was always present then i tried using planet ayurveda medication and it really worked well for me.. i experienced a complete relief in my condition

For asthma use the Vitarka mudra. Pressing the first finger and thumb together is often to be seen in Buddha images. It relaxes lung airways by acupressure. Habitual use cured my asthma and airway remodeling. Asthma medication acts paradoxically it causes more asthma. The beneficial effects of mudra exercises on asthma and the association between asthma and mouth breathing indicate a causal connection.
