I have a question. I’ve watched all of your videos on pre-workouts. I’ve bought all of the supplements, but I am confused on what all I can use in the one drink. I bought citruline, beta allanine, Theanine, L-cartanine, and creative. Plus, the salt you recommend. However, you never talked about all of those things together. Some recipes had a few of them, but was missing 1 or 2. Then other recipes had different variations. So, I’m trying to add muscle while on keto, and lose weight the same time. I fast often, so that’s why I like your recipes. I’m just confused on if I can use all of these in one drink. I don’t want to hurt myself. Thanks for any help!

So I'm entirely brand new to my workout regiment. Which is to say Santa brought me a home gym almost two weeks ago, but I've been hitting it pretty hard since then. So I figured if I'm going through the torture of working out, and to me it is torture, I might as well do everything in my power to maximize the potential. So I ordered all of the things needed to make the first cocktail in this video, and yesterday was the first time doing it. About 15 minutes later I began my workout doing chest shoulders and arms. I could INSTANTLY tell a difference from the previous time time I did this regiment. I was most certainly lifting more, and doing more reps. I workout to the point of muscle failure. In other words until I just cant complete that last rep. So by set three I'm always unable to completely the number of reps from the previous set. What's amazing was while this pre-workout cocktail was still working it's way through my body and kicking in, I was getting better, not worse in the number of reps I could do. It was insane but set one of a particular exercise I about 15 reps until I failed. Set two was only able to complete 12 reps. Then I took about a five minutes break because my kid needed something. When I went back to do set three I was able to do 22 reps. I was like WTF?!!! Then there was the very noticeable mental focus. Most of the time with stuff like that I'm wondering if it's just my imagination or if I'm actually experiencing a boost in focus. With this there was absolutely no ambiguity. It was amazing. Thank for the video.

I have seen in many places that creatine and coffee/caffeine should not be taken together because the creatine is expelled very quickly. Is this wrong? If not, is it the caffeine or another compound in the coffee causing the problem? Would decaf coffee be useful here? You usually refer to coffee and caffeine together in the same presentation. Not long ago, you stated that decaf coffee was a good replacement for coffee because it had all the benefits without the drawbacks of caffeine. If I am drinking decaf will it be useful when you call for "caffeine" as in above? Thank you for your valuable content, it has changed my life.

I started using creatine about 25 years ago. I was around 40 and it was the best creatine I ever used, I tried different brands...anyway, it recommended mixing with grape juice. I saw a 5+ percent increase in my bench and passed my personal best which I had been stuck at forever. I tried different mixtures, etc, but never anything that matched it. I used german creatine.

I only take a table spoon or more of natural rock salt, a table spoon of lower adultrated Apple cider vinegar in more than a litre of water🤣🤣. It really increases my concentration during my usually 1 hour long exercise.

rock salt doesn't contain the minerals though or very little of them. I would look into himalayan salt because it contains over 85 trace minerals which includes potassium, magnesium, manganese etc.

Long term or short term? Nutritionfacts.org has videos on this. Research shows raw cacao can help. Avoid animal based fats as they reduce blood flow. Fibre, exercise, caffeine, keeping well hydrated and a number or herbs and spices can also help.
