So is the desired 72hr break for any additional work out or just on the muscles you hit? I.e. if you do your upper sets on monday to failure, is it undesirable to do lowers set the next day? I see some saying the 72 hours of desired rest only applies to the muscles you worked out, but i see others saying overall inflammation is the issue and you should even separate upper from lower by 72 hours. Im not eloquent, so i hope i effectively described my question. Thanks in advance, i learn a lot of perspectives reading all of your comments. 🍻

It's interesting to watch him because he's a work in progress, plus he does the hard work for us so we don't have to and then let's us know the outcome. I committed to the carnivore diet but have been struggling with it gut-wise. I appreciate what he does very much.

My doctor put me on Ozympic for my 30-year long type 2 diabetes. Very little weight-loss and the worst constipation ever. I was taken off this medication, and i would like to try mounjaro.

My weird thing that I do for hermetic stress is a 1 capsule of .1 milligrams of Melittin (bee venom) 3 to 5 days a week. I got into it because as a type 1 diabetic I looked at many supplements and their effects. Bee venom seemed to address the most issues. There could be a downside but I feel great and I have dropped my insulin use.

McDonald's in Europe tastes like a meal unlike in America. I had McDonald's once in the USA in 20 years and I hated it. The oil smell inside the McDonald's made me so sick. Never again.

Because the big squishy weak fat sick piggies are easier to control and profit from. It’s hard for many industries to profit from strong, fit and healthy people who eat real food and don’t take drugs.

I’ll be curious to see what happens in a person’s brain with the continued use of Ozempic with relation to the gut. If the gut doesn’t digest in the same way, wouldn’t that change the way a person’s brain works as well?

Get the highly processed food out of your diet. Walking 5 miles a day is key. Running will burn off your muscle. Nitric oxide promoting food. Beets, blueberries, spinach with fresh lemon juice on it. Got my blood pressure from 170/90 to 120/70. 💪🏼💪🏼

Fine but I am a bit confused about the levels of Agoric acid in spinach, kale and other greens which are reportedly pro-inflamitory. NO itself is inflammatory according to some reports. We can't live with no NO, so something is out of order here. Perhaps you can elucidate but if too busy that's Okay too.

Eat a pound or two of fish twice a week too. That's fish, because your omega 3 capsules may contain harmful rancid oil, and the selenium in fish like salmon or tuna helps get rid of heavy metals. But if you suspect high heavy metal exposure, stick with safer fish like sardines, anchovis, trout, salmon. Never farmed fish though. Just my 2 cents.

Given the pharmaceutical industry's dubious record with weight loss medications in the past - remember fen-phen - why would anyone trust them with weight loss solutions? Nearly every time they tried to release a drug for weight loss, it was touted as the next big weight loss solution, then, a few years later, it was found to have horrible side effects leading to it being discontinued.

I'm no conspiracy theorist, but this is a no brainer. I cannot stand on my soap box alone. We're all so worried about losing democracy, for good reason, but the FDA just looks away and corporations give zero fucks about causing cancer. It's so embedded in our food supply. It seems hopeless. Signed Estrogen positive breast cancer survivor...for now.
