The 3 clicks are:
1. Turn off CPU
2. Spawn Bullet Train
3. Turn on CPU.
Unit levels are at the end of the video.

BTW, Sniper and Manic Dragon were added to help with consistency and are completely optional. I used Li'l Mohawk because it allows the CPU to keep up the spam more easily. Dropping the aforementioned units and swapping Li'l Mohawk to first form works pretty well. Good luck, everyone!
