Cyborg had a 2.2 second cooldown. The .2 second difference is actually quite drastic especially considering how much she gets deployed.

I have a miter saw and I tested him out on korea, might be using him soon (I'm on chapter 3 and I watched a guide so I using those units that's why I'm not using him yet)
