this dal was made from red lentils. Red lentils turn yellow as it cooks.

My name is Karen Miller. This is a kitchen Aid Food Processor. I probably got from Macys or Bed Bath and Beyond. It is white wheat flour. Have-not used spelt in a while. You can refrigerate for a couple days or better yet freeze until ready to use. You can find these cooling racks here: amzn.to/3Gxv9U1 - I think it was at a store in Brooklyn. Don't remember.
