Hello Ma'am, I may take your method and run with it. I have homemade aquafaba made from navy beans. So, I'm also going to make navy bean flour to go with the navy bean aquafaba.

Same here. I keep trying to go back to a Sebian lifestyle and the carbs give me mucus immediately. I’m going to continue eating meat and low carbs and stop trying to go against what my body is telling me. Spelt flour is more detrimental to my body than white flour. I feel it immediately.

Happy New Year! I was just thinking of you! I hope youvare healing and feeling better! I was vegan 2009 to 2020. Veganism almost took me out! I developed so many deficiencies and I was always sick! Balance and moderation. I couldn’t understand my illness when I was eating the way man was telling me was best. I should have consulted with Yahweh. He spells it out in detail what we can and cannot eat. I feel so good now. Becoming vegan is bad enough but doing so during menopause when your body is going through such a change you really need proper nutrition. I thank Yahweh for healing and sustaining me through my ignorance. Happy New Year and I pray you are whole and well

Hi Ms. Karen. I completely commend and appreciate you sharing your leaving veganism behind. I must say I'm quite surprised by your simplicity of the plant-based diet to carbs and beans...especially as a Caribbean woman. Your past recipes alone are telling of that. I an Afrikan woman have a lot more plant-based options that are complete foods than a carnivorous diet....not to mention that the meats we eat eat plants😅 I believe you can leave veganism behind without critiquing it. Nonetheless, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us. Your body deserves what it desires. Blessings

Hi Ms. Karen. I've been binging your videos for the past hour. May I ask why you went back to eating meat? Did you feel your previous diet needed it?
@CreativeRecipeswithKaren7 ай бұрын
I was having a lot of joint pain. I suspected that it was the acids in plants like oxalic acid, phytic acids etc. I also believe that protein from meat is the best form of protein. I also came to believe that the whole veganism movement is a psychological operation. I may go into this in a video soon Thank you. My joints are fine now.

@Karen's Garden ~ do you have a specific brand that you like, and could recommend? Thanks
@CreativeRecipeswithKaren7 ай бұрын
I don't have a specific brand. But I buy the 365 brand from Whole Foods because it is the least expensive. They have 2 types of 365 brands. You make sure it is Non GMO, that is is only 1 ingredient - "Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil" and that is is the Product of Italy or Spain or Greece. They have Spanish, Italian and Greek. I usually buy the Italian. Next time I will do Spanish. Stay away from blends from 3,4 or 5 different countries. Read labels carefully. All the best.
@queenboudicaradiant96397 ай бұрын
Oh ok, very good. That is actually where I usually buy mine (or sometimes Sprouts/Henry's) I will take a look in my pantry and compare your notes. Thanks so much for the tips !

I live in lower Manhattan and I bought a distiller because I do not trust nyc water and I get tired of drinking and creating so much plastic trash from water bottles. Each batch leaves behind a horrible gross smell that infuses into the distilled water I produce. Do not trust the EPA reports, they are corrupt just like all the other three letter agencies.

No. I don’t think so. And it does not matter. Most raw veggies Have oxalates, which can give you kidney stones and is considered anti-nutritional and dangerous.
