Thank you for the presentation. I just bought a exercise ball, but wasn't sure how to do the proper technique. Gives me a positive outlook on how to shrink down my trouble areas.

Good video. I've never used or even known what to do with a ball before, but I might just have a go the next time I'm at the gym. My lower back feels weak after losing 4 stones in the last 3 months, so I need a bit of muscle to replace the fat that used to support my core.

Todd make sure to watch their head while doing the crunch it looked like her head was going forward while doing the exercise, and also wouldnt the last exercise be a bridge? just curious and also try doing cobras those are good for the back and posture of the shoulders

hey todd it looked like her head was going forward while doing the exercise and also tighten the glutes when your doing the exercise and isnt the last exercise a bridge?

ok, every time i do these i feel it in my lower back more than my abs.... any tips? afterward I feel my lower back sore more than my abs...

The most important thing when working abs is breathing (diaphragm...) . You need to indicate when breath in and out !!!

Nobody ever demostrates how to balance on swiss ball while performing crunches...Are these core exercises good for beginners as well as men?

@USGS4L do u hav like 10 pack abs lol??? why not try doing lots of different core exercises, rather than crunches? what about obliques?? they need to be trained more than ur abdominal muscles..

Nice video! But while doing the first exercise, you should try not to flex your neck so much, to prevent neck pain. Neck should be in one line with the body. As we see Julia doing this exercise, her neck is in a flexion (in her case, small flexion). In my practise, many people do this mistake, thus causing unnecessary stress for neck.

She needs to roll back on the ball for more stabilisation and hit the abs alot harder.... Last exercise you should have arms out and palms up because alot of people these days are kyphotic from desk jobs and driving so having the arms down like that will make for more insentive in drawing the shoulders forward and round up!!

Your comment is as ignorant as it is hostile. If you think that a stability ball is a children's toy you are narrow-minded. The SB is just another useful gym tool that can be incorporated into a workout routine. Use it, or don't. But putting it down just shows your ignorance and your prejudice. "Overweight ppl" (sic) was never mentioned in this video.
