I’m 71 with two total knee replacements. Still practice Goju karate. I have balance issues if I think about my movements. I think subconsciously I don’t trust my store bought knees. Although they are almost as good as the ones Mom gave me. I just made the 4 shelf mat pads. I am adding this to my morning exercise regiment in the morning. Thanks guys.

I have "incomplete paraplegia" on my right side (from a scuba diving accident 15 years ago) with major proprioception issues on that side. I think these exercises are great, but probably too challenging for me, especially since it involves bending the knee to extend the opposite leg (which I cannot do). I'm going to try this without the foam (which I'm sure makes it much harder) and see if I can manage any part of this. Thank you.

Using foam surface is not improving proprioception as it reduces availability of proprioceptive input
