Spent 3 Days exploring the Seagrim Lake Chain in Nopiming Provincial Park back in August of 2023. Spent one night on the far west side of Elton Lake and then stayed on an unnamed Lake closer to the put in. Woke up at 4 am to a thunderstorm passing over me which was nerve wracking to say the least. Had some pretty rough winds on this trip but overall it was enjoyable. The Seagrim Lake Chain has plenty of beautiful campsites and is super accessible.

It's a shame they disallowed camping on Seagrim Lake...we used to camp there on the far North island...great Smallmouth fishing there as well....we blasted a trail all the way to Hollingsworth Lake thru Wollard and beyond...fantastic Walleye fishing all along this route...you can even bushwack from Wollard south into the Black River, cross the river and climb up into Glenn Lake which is an absolute gem of a camping lake...lots of hard work tho but well worth the effort...Thanx for the vid..Well done...(some old fart that used to go there)

I appreciate you watching! Everyone I bumped into said Seagrim is great fishing but I didn’t want to make my way over just to come back and set up camp. Unfortunately I ended up getting skunked but probably just from lack of trying. Thanks again for watching, I always love hearing from the old farts!
