In this video I show you three recipes that are perfect for using up that extra egg white from our other Christmas cookies. My favourite are the almonds horns that use marzipan to get that nice almond flavour. The second cookie recipe is for coconut and hazelnut macaroons which turn out super crispy not he outside but soft and fluffy in the inside.
