My hope is to one day use inversion as part of open guard rentention. However, I don't see it used at my gym & we have black belts, purple belts etc.

It’s something you have to practice but can be a really useful tool in retention

@@EscapologyBJJ how do you stop someone from grabbing ypu legs and crushing your spine. As cool as inversions look, they seem like they cpuld leave you in a vulnerable position.
