My mother always makes a schnitzel with a Zigeuner Schnitzel Gypsy Sauce.

Hmmm, I think the cordon bleu would be my favourite, although I have not tried a proper schnitzel before. If you included Chicken Kiev, then that would definitely have been my choice!
