Hey I'm using the robotic vaccum cleaner and a normal one too. I would suggest both are needed and come in handy. For daily cleaning robotic one is best. Whereas the hand held cleaners come handy during the weekly or monthly cleaning

Termites is a big problem and it usually comes due to nearby surroundings. Only solution is to get termite treatment done from professional.

One problem with agaro mam it is only available online i tried in various shops but it was not available so doubtful about its service.

When Dyson came, it was also available only online. There are also many good brands who sell only online. I have lot of appliances from Agaro and till now I haven't faced any issue. If any issue comes you can always contact their customer care.
