Hello ma'am. I came across your videos I watched almost all of them. After watching your videos I realised many things: 1) how wrongly I was dealing with my weight loss journey. 2) as u said, In 2020 I hired a nutritionist for weight loss, since then I am trying to lose weight. I lost weight then gained back again, lost then again gained. This process continues. Recently in 6 months I lost weight (10kgs) but since three months I am not losing further less than ,65kg. 3) since the day I joined nutritionist, I just think of food as carbs, protein fat etc. 4) i am fed up of counting calories, weighing rice and flour and snacks etc. 5) everytime I used to eat more, I instantly used to feel guilty, and started thinking of next day plans, detox. Used to feel stressed and so annoying. 6) this happened not once but many times. After watching your videos I feel so bad about the approach I was following. I was a food lover, Every time I used to eat anything favourite, I was just in guilt, more stress and all. I started hating to party or wedding so that my diet doesn't break. Thank you ma'am from your videos I have realised that we should love ourselves, our food and culture. Thanks a lot for opening our eyes. I request you to please make a video regarding people like us, who were into those fad diets, and now how can we get back on track?

I love this! I'm not Indian but I have followed a rule of eating that is much like this one for many years. In fact, if you year about the Blue Zones around the world, you will see that people who live long healthy active lives all eat like this. The eat a high plant based diet and eat a diet that is rich in good fats...and they eat at home from foods that are holistic. 🥰

I have always been the one in my house to sit on the floor and eat, eat my maids rice rather than pricey basmati, eat simple roti and dal. And 30 years later in the USA i have all these years still done the same. Thanks for your wise and timely teachings that will help younger generations to learn about their past.

@@gauripuranik8145 Never a part of kolkata or bengali traditional food. Momos are traditional food of Tibet ( made during occasions, & not everyday, as Wheat products are imported in Tibet and north east. Wheat and wheat products are not their staples as these regions don't grow wheat)

@@gauripuranik8145 I wouldn't comment on the history of momos without any knowledge. What I do know is that traditional momos must surely be healthier. However in many parts of India it's made of refined flour n dats a challenge 🙏

Kam khau lekin accha khau. Visit a good gaushala, see how they treat their cows and calves, how the produce ghee, etc... and if you’re happy, buy from them and support them. I visited Gir Organic’s farm and also Bansi Gir Gaushala. Both are in Gujarat. Although Bansi Gir Gaushala is amazing(!!), their ghee is quite expensive. So I buy from Gir Organic. I’m not marketing for them. I had trust issues so wanted to visit the gaushalas and see the process myself. You could do the same wherever you are in the country.
